I can attest to having a limit on hire car length - thankfully, I wasn't caught out. MY RWD got beaten up in a hail storm on 26-12-2023. I got it back on 11-05-2024 - I was in a hire car for 4.5 months. If I had to pay for 3.5 months of that out of my pocket...
