    I believe the MAIN ISSUE is the charger handle. With the current heat wave, the charger handles get extremely hot, which throttles the SC speed.     208-212 here at 100% and I’ve given up on hoping it can improve. Losing 1 miles every other week and it’s become a game for me. I believe the SR+ has the worst degradation based off Feedback from most users. Good luck on your journey, it will only go down from here.

    10500 miles, 10% “degradation” already?

    Luck of the draw. I’ve never had good luck, so I’m not surprised to see my 240miles turn into 215 miles. A lot of people attribute it to weather, however it’s been quite warm recently in SoCal and it’s only getting worse for me. I see 205-209 sometimes. Explained to tesla and they said it was fine.

    I drove my June 2019 SR+ from 97% to 7% and burned about 41kWh for 181miles of straight driving. This only gives me 45kWh if driven to 0%, accounting for buffer, i may be short 6-7kWh.

    I too had a large crack one day out of nowhere. Had to get it fixed from tesla for roughly $1300. There was an impact mark, but it looked sooooo minor.

    Poll: Is FSD Worth the Cost?

    The only thing I find actually useful with FSD is the ability to lane change without disabling autopilot. This frustrates me to no end as the constant need to disable and re-enable just to change lanes, which is quite counter-intuitive as it forces you to shift focus.

    Yes, this was a single session from start to finish with a small 30min break in between. Sentry was off during that break. Was watching the consumption the whole time. using 90% of the battery netted me 41kwh of useable energy based off the numbers provided.

    It's quite efficient and sometimes I can do 209wh/mi weekly. What slightly bothers me is trying to hit 200miles on a single charge seems near impossible with the cars rated at 240miles. This is why I set it to % instead of miles, but doing a test like this makes me ever so slightly worried about...

    Just did a rundown of my SR plus from 97% to 7% and noticed it only used 41kw of power. Doing basic math this works about to roughly 45kW if drained from 100-0. 45kW essentially nets me just over 200-202 miles at 219w/mi. I did this with zero HVAC and did not even touch the heated seats option...

    SR owners only (NOT SR+) What is your max range at 100% SOC?

    Had SR, upgrade to + and the most I saw was 228-230. Now I’m at 209-215 with 12k miles in 6months. That’s either some heavy degradation or some bad battery calculation.

    A $60k+ Model 3 will have the same build quality as a $35k model 3. The main difference will be battery and motor along with a few minor interior features. So when stating that you’re paying $50k for the car, you’re just paying for the battery/motor/software, while retaining the $35k build quality.
