    Third parties using easements to delay Superchargers?

    Are members seeing more Supercharger delays due to easement problems? If so, is there a chance that this is a third party strategy to delay Tesla development? Occam's Razor suggests simple greed or inefficiency. If easement problems become common, then there may be something more to it...
