    Not Charging at Level 1

    My Model 3 didn't charge in my garage on Monday night on trickle charge. I drove to work and it wouldn't work on the level 1 there either. It will charge on level 2. On a level 1 charge the car (an app) says charging but shows 0mi/hr. The charger shows it's charging too. Anybody else have this...
