    Thanks for the advice!! Did that today. After the phone call, about an hour later I got all I needed. Turns out there was an email typo (extra character). Email address is non-existing. All good now. Customer service on the phone was great. No worries from me. Typo's happen....

    I'm in the same boat. But I did use a credit card that has an app that does an iPhone notification immediately when charged. I still have the notification on the phone that is time stamped when order was placed in the AM on the 31st in store. So I have proof of payment. CC website shows charge...
