Anyone using an iPhone XS Max with Apple smart battery case with the Taptes charger?

I received my pad today and can confirm an iPhone XS Max with a popsocket and thin Ringke case will charge wirelessly. The only issue is the bottom lip is too shallow and the phone slides down.

How soon after ordering did you receive the email asking if you prefer the matte or shiny version? Edit: and what are the dimensions of the 5 sticky pads? Sounds like new orders may not come with them.

Awesome, thank you! I'm able to charge wirelessly with a case and popsocket on an old Nokia Qi pad, hoping the TapTes would work as well.

How deep is the bottom lip of the TapTes? I have a PopSocket on an XS Max and it unfortunately does not reliably sit securely on the stock pad.
