I had that issue in my 8 mo old X..I had to wait almost 3 months for parts, continually call service to check on them then take it to service (a 600 mile round trip drive). VERY inconvenient for what I consider a NEW car..

I LOVE my blue X! Black interior works better for me with messy grandkids..I could never do white or light..My dad used to own a car painting company and said red fades faster than any other color. Not sure if that helps :)

I have an 8 month old X. Customer service totally sucks. I have had to drive to Portland, OR (600 mi round trip) FOUR times at my own expense (have to stay the night as it is a 5 hour one way trip with having to charge in the middle each way). Service dept is in an expensive part of town to stay...
