Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

Thx for the info Man...really helped...I think I have made my decision....I will stick with 245/40 rather than 255/35, because I'm pretty sure that stretch on a 9.5 wide wheel would be almost identical to the 255/35 on a 9.5 wheel... yes I'm going down to 245, but 245 is actually about 9.6...
  9. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

I personally Like the stretched look....to an extent...but I DO know that 245/40 is perfectly fine with a 9.5 setup, but I would love to have more width as well....just didn't know the 255 would work with the front wheels...the fender in the front has a harsh lip inside...the rear doesn't....I...

And you have no rubbing I’m guessing? Hmm I may consider the 255’s then… thx fellas… I’m at a 2 finger gap and that’s as low as I can go without crashing into these speed bumps here. So 255/35 huh?
  12. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

that's cool and all, but my offset is a little aggressive at +22... I'll have to see what others are running

here is 245/40 on 19x9.5 am I missing something or is this too much of a stretch? You all would know better than me
  15. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

is it really that much of a stretch?...i've seen it before...didn't look that bad guess I could go with 255/35 can't do 9...must be 9.5 width
  16. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

ok I see....well I plan on going with 19x9.5 but the tire will be 245/40/19

  18. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

I wonder why people drop down to a 35 rather than keep a 40 profile tire when getting 19's?

Seriously?… dang it man… I’m on BC coils, but I have like a 1/4 inch of clearance on speed bumps in my community… so I hope the offset of +22 will pan out… I’ll force it to!!!
  34. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

ooohhhh noooo...are you telling me I need to install front upper control arms to run a 9.5 +22 setup?? I wonder if it's possible to get a little more negative camber adjustment from stock setup with coilovers....or maybe stretch the tires a tad more?

Rally Armors Mud Flaps for Model 3

Sounds good… I’ll be running a +22 mm offset on a 9.5 wide wheel which is about a 30mm spacer on both the front and the back… maybe this could work… I currently have some BS brand from Amazon that does a great job and has NOT scratched my car since I put them on 5 months ago
  38. E

Rally Armors Mud Flaps for Model 3

This is a good discussion....unfortunately...for some of us running an aggressive offset wheel setup, some of the flaps that DON'T stick out enough will not work...
  39. E

Pic of your Model 3.......RIGHT NOW! [model 3 pictures thread]

Right now… car is in the air…painting calipers… rivets on wheels will have same color…
  40. E

    Help with wheels Size

dang...+45....eeek.....19x9.5 +22......with a 1.2 inch drop....nowwww we talking.....lol you will probably NOT be fine with that as it will be 17.7 MM closer to the strut...if I remember correctly...we do not have that much room to go inwards....you need a more aggressive offset... +32-+25 is...
