Tesla replaced the synchronized today. Both Powerwalls were blinking when they left. I was able to get the gateway back online. However my numbers are reversed again and o can’t figure out how to fix in the wizard. Any suggestions? See pics. Not captured at exactly the right moment but...

15 days post install: replaced gateway components and now replacing the synchronizer in the gateway, as it is bad. Hopeful this will be the end of the road with issues.

Is it possible to change the CT clamp configuration as a customer when logging into the backup gateway? It looks like it wants a Installer login. I’m on day three waiting for Tesla to straighten out my configuration and growing impatient. Ugh.

I had two Powerwalls installed over the past two weeks. A number of delays including a rain out, a one day install that turned into two, a bad backup gateway ... and now a seemingly incorrect installation of the CT clamp at the meter... I'd love for someone to take a look at these images and...

I have 49 Panasonic panels and 2 SolarEdge inverters. They are outstanding FWIW.

Cool, I'll stand by. I'm not sure my county has a PTO, but we do have an electrical inspection that is required.

Sadly both are blinking green. The gateway needs to be RMAd and won’t be replaced until next week. Dagger. Has anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions for when the installers do test the system?
