Yes, replaced…took 10 days to get the new battery in and Tesla Mobile Service replaced it all in about 30mins. If the battery had taken any longer to get in Tesla had managed to allocate my wife a Model 3 to drive around.

Same, countless issue but all small however seem to be ongoing...well all small with the exception of the latest 12 volt battery that has died and car is now off the road for weeks (bricked)....still, my wife wants the new Model X when it comes to Australia sometime around 2050.

Finding a 3rd party battery that fits in the space allocated (it's non-standard size, at least in the Model X) is impossible. Only one I have found would need to be sent from the USA (7 days), trouble is it is not supported by Tesla and may have issues....you can read about it here...

Tesla know I have had an S, have a M3P and X and looking to upgrade the current X to a new X and they have not contacted me....with 25+ referrals and 7+ years of owning Tesla's you'd think they would be calling long time customers first....maybe there is a city in the USA that is similar...
