Nope, it's going to be 10 72kW stalls. I started the 40 unit rumor based on information I received about 9-12 months ago. The macro level location was right (Tysons Mall), as was the fact that it's going to be 72kW "urban" chargers, but the quantity and exact location (which lot) was wrong.

We've known for awhile that it was going to be at the mall. There is insufficient space and power capacity at Tyco. Tyco doesn't even have enough space for all the deliveries they're doing. Adding a SpC there would be a disaster.

The urban chargers are supposed to be going in Tyson’s Corner Center (Tyson’s 1, not Galleria) in the garage below Lord & Taylor. This is what I was told a few months ago. I haven’t heard anything to dispute it.

I’m not sure what you’re going to escalate. They allowed you to re-order without penantly. It’s likely your replacement will arrive in a few weeks. Most loan checks are good for 30 days. You’ll have to update the VIN, though.
