Changing my Time to Try Sleeping from 5 to 15 seemed to allow both cars to sleep. I am going to attempt dialing it down to see if I can minimize the possibility of lost drives. Even setting it at 5, I would lose a drive or two at least once a week or so, so hopefully I can find that sweet spot.

I hear something similar in my 3, only when the AC is running. I recorded the video and had my local service center check it out. They tightened a bunch of bolts in that area but it didn't fix the issue. I'm curious if this is the same thing.

Nope. They are using a device called PowerBlaster which has CTs around the mains which communicates with the SolarCity gateway. I'm unsure whether the inverter communicates with the PowerBlaster or the gateway directly. My install was 1/29/19.
