Just wanted to note should anyone else be looking through this thread that mine is working fine to the right of the rearview mirror in a 2022 Model S. I have not tried it anywhere else but can confirm it works here.

I'm guess you are on 19" wheels? I have a Jan 22 built Model S LR with 19" tempest aero wheels but they gave me the Pirelli summer tires (really wanted the all seasons). Just curious if you are on Pirelli summer or the Continental All Season tires. Also for my car I'm at 7500 miles and ~280...

Mine is a January 2022 built Model S LR, so there is some issue that impacts some 2022 cars at least.

Welp, I just re-activated my TeslaFi account and will collect data for a while on the Pirellis before switching to the Continentals. I will run into the same issue of not having the early data on the Pirellis as they already have 6800 miles on them, but will at least have another data point...

Great info! One question is regarding other influencing factors, mainly time of year/temp. Were the Continentals used more in colder weather? Since the P0s are summer tires this would make sense and I thought I'd ask. I was really expecting the Continentals to have slightly higher efficiency...

I can't seem to find any info specific to the efficiency differences between the two OEM 19" options that come with the refresh Model S. Mine came with the 19" OEM Pirelli P0 Elect Summer tires (not to be confused with the new Pirelli P0 Elect All-Season or Winter) and I'm trying to find out...

The report was wrong, I'm here now, still no power to the pedastals. Meter still shows 0 kWh used (at least that's what I think I'm looking at since kWh only shows up when it cycles to that screen).

Saw a report on Facebook that it was up, but they didn't mention that they actually charged there so still not 100% confirmed. I'll run down there right now to confirm, live close by.

Ha, I was thinking the same thing. I can feel a difference between sport and comfort but on certain surfaces comfort is just as harsh with the bounce that sport doesn't have, while on other surfaces it's much smoother. Seems to depend a lot on the particular surface and speed. On the concrete...

I pulled it out again and will try using a business card to work it in when I get home. Here are a couple of pics. The molding under it does look like yours underneath it seems.

Looked like the same plastic mold that you have but I stopped as soon as I realized I was pulling out the edge that was pinched in the top. The edge in the top is paper thin so I had to wiggle it back and forth a bunch to get it to (mostly) go back in. Can't 100% confirm it's the same plastic...

This is what I mean, that bit in the bottom right I’ve messed with for a while trying to get back under the lip. Will need to disassemble the cup holder tray to get it fully back in.

Try harder you say .. well I did. It started to come out and now it's pretty screwed up. No way I can get it back in the way it was before. Got close but it'll never be the same. Be warned that trying to remove it may be a very bad idea.

Still off right now. Noticed that the pedestals are missing the side screws just like the one in Durham before it was activated. I think they leave them out for easy access of the activation tech perhaps. In Durham, they pulled all pedestal covers off, did something, and put them all back on...

Drove by tonight. No power to the meter yet. Progression will be power to the meter on the side of the transformer (display shows something) and then final checks and activation. Could be a few days to a week or more after the meter shows power to the time it works.

Since it hasn't been mentioned in a while in this thread, for those taking delivery recently, did your car come with summer or all season tires on it? Or is there a different thread where it's discussed? Would much rather have all season as most have stated, and I did ask about getting all...

The transformer is basically a huge cube, usually dark green or grey and around 4-5 feet high, that will sit on the concrete pad that is currently surrounded by caution tape in your pic. So it's not there yet. Once it is, usually a week or so until it goes live.

no transformer yet but most everything else appears complete. This is indeed an oddball 10 stall. 5 spaces marker Tesla charging and 5 marked 30 min general. Wide space marked as "designed for disabled access - use last" as suspected.

First thing I thought of when I saw that space. That's not lens distortion... Also, went by just now and there is no conduit anywhere else that I can see. This appears, at least for now, to be a weird 10 stall with one hella-thicc space.

I'll go back over tonight and walk around to take an even closer look (from outside the fence, not going to trespass on the construction site) to see if there are any more clues as to why this looks currently like an oddball 10 stall. My best guess at the moment is that there was some local...

Just drove by. Pedastals up and work active right now. Also this is a three stack install with 12 stalls not 8.

Went by at 6PM today and it's still fully down. Power to meter but nothing when plugging in. Interestingly no error on the screen saying no power, just the "preparing to charge" message. Checked both segments (first 4 cluster and second 4 cluster) to make sure it wasn't just half down.

It has not been released yet, at least not to the beta testers outside the company. Have no idea if it has been released to employee testers. Apart from that I have no news.
