New VINs or deliveries have been suspiciously slow on this thread lately. I only count one new VIN and three delivery dates in the past week. That seems like a slower pace than earlier in June and especially for the end of quarter rush.

Deliveries do seem way down. The Teslike tracking sheet shows only 13 recorded deliveries in Q2 so far versus 48 at this same point in Q1 (Jan 20). VINs per week was between 14 and 31 in Q1 and has never been above 8 in any of the three weeks this quarter.

Mine has been holding steady at May 10 - June 14. If I can offer any hope to those of you that have been pushed to July, August, September etc. it's that the same wild fluctuation in dates that moved you out two or three months can just as easily swing back the other way. We all know the EDDs...

I wouldn't sweat it much. September is one of their placeholder EDDs while they are shuffling things around behind the scenes. You will get a more reasonable EDD again soon, as long as your financing offer or trade in mileage haven't expired. I think many of us have had a Sept EDD for a time...

I just checked the EPA site and still no certificate of conformity, so any VINs issued now can't be delivered until that happens anyway, so it would be a gamble on Tesla's part to issue a VIN they can't yet deliver.

Mine also changed, but I guess they decided to mix it up, so mine is March 8 - 31. Mine had been on April 14-May 12 for about a month before yesterday. Strange that we all have about the same time range but are in different regions with different configs.

I just watched this very technical video that goes into great detail about the technical challenges and possibilities of a 4680 LFP cell. It is not impossible to achieve a decent range, but it will require some development to get there, mostly silicon in the cathode.
