I ran into this as well. Took me a bit to figure out that Torx screw was there and I had a heck of a time getting one of them back on because the clip on the bumper side fell off and I had some trouble getting it lined back up again.

The Hansshow kit has light connectors that you reconnect your existing lights to so that they work. Not sure if the kit being mentioned here is the Hansshow or not.

How did you manage to wire the cables from the actuators into the trunk without removing the bumper? I had to remove mine because I couldn't find any other way to get to the two grommets to get the wires in. That said, removing the bumper wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

Got a few photos of the transformer. It's done from the Duke Energy side, but no runs from the Secondary to the switch gear yet. Ball is back in Tesla's court to finish this up.

Didn't get a photo, but they were busy installing the utility transformer this morning, so that should be done.

Not much has changed in a week. Looks like they didn't actually get the transformer installed the other day. They just put down the concrete pad and ran the utility cables. Now need to wait for the transformer. Also, nothing run from the transformer pad to the switch gear yet.

Some work going on today. Looks like they ran the cable through the conduit between the supercharger cabinets and the pedestals. Also, the switch gear is now on the pad behind the cabinets (it was sitting in the parking lot before).

In the past when I've gone out there, I've just plugged in with a 110V outlet for the few days I'm there since most of the time I'm just at the beach. There is a pair of HPWC's by the Lowe's Foods before you go over the bridge to Emerald Isle. They are free and I've never seen them ICE'd.

They were the new stalls when I went though in December 2017. In fact, all the ones up the east coast that used to be the old ones were replaced from what I remember.

This is the 3rd or 4th instance of this exact issue that I've heard - there is some kind of short that occurs in the heating element which results in a blown fuse inside the DC-DC converter and the only way to repair is to replace the entire DC-DC. I'm guessing if there was an external fuse it...

Wallace would be really out of the way for the routes that this charger enables - getting out to the beach in the Emerald Isle area. There's already a charger in Wilmington so Wallace I don't think would add much value. I'd rather see something like Kinston or even Jacksonville.

I'm pretty sure most if not all sites were already 120kW capable. That said, I had been having lots of issues at several sites and the logs sometimes indicated over temperature errors on the charging cable handle. With the new pedestals they also replaced the cables and handles and I didn't run...

When I went by last week on Dec 20, there were at least 8 of the stalled ICE'd :-( They really shouldn't have put the chargers so close to the mall. They should have been further away in less-desirable parking spots. I suspect this is going to be a problem at this site for some time to come.

I didn’t pull in to check. I drove by at night and noticed the Tesla logos were off so didn’t bother trying to go in to charge.

Just drove by and still powered off.

The fuse can be removed and replaced. It seems to be held on by some nuts.

I think John meant that the meter was operating, not the superchargers.

That transformer looks waaaay too small for the superchargers (especially for 6 of them). Maybe that's just for the J1772's they're going to put back in place?

I sure hope not. I've depended on Warsaw to be able to pull of day-trips to the coast. Without it, this is not possible.

Also should mention, my graph is change rate vs. SoC (in miles) as opposed to charge rate vs. time. I think mine is probably more accurate, but the results are similar.

My story is similar to @David99. I had 7 replacements as well. My last one was a -Q revision unit in March 2016. I've driven it 36k miles and it's been perfect. I think they finally got it fixed. No unit before this one lasted more than 10k miles without starting to make some kind of sound.

Just reported on Facebook today. Someone found a Supercharger under construction in Wilmington! This is a nice addition to the NC map. Apparently it's in the Mayfaire Town Center.

It's anyone's guess. There's actually been a pin in this area since the 2016 map, but that never materialized. If I had to guess, it will be somewhere along I-40. There are a few mall locations they could go for - The Streets at Southpoint, Crossroads, and even the nearly abandoned Outlet mall...
