Guess we were waiting on confirmation like Tesla equipment on site since Tesla aren’t on the planning docs. Otherwise we’ll have another confusion like Wetherby… when it’s in fact GRIDSERVE doing their bit. Unless we’ve missed the confirmation?

    Bonnet now has IONITY

For those that don’t know, bonnet changed their pricing this week and also cancelled all the free promo codes. Taking a lot of flack for the latter on socials. Ionity still 50p I’ve had two poor experiences with two separate ionity sites this week followed by 150 kW Shell site so will be...

    Boot strut recall

Tesla seem to think it’s software not a mechanical issue - so many strut replacements won’t solve it. (If you’ve had the o-ring recall solved) Apparently the car is detecting an obstruction and stopping the opening. Maybe via the camera? Either way we need to wait for 2022.16.x

Keep meaning to update but finally got around to changing Wetherby back to permit from construction due to no Tesla equipment on site. GRIDSERVE looks ready to open imminently. Maybe just in time for bank holiday weekend?

Yeah did notice V2 but couldn’t confirm old site being removed versus still temp closed, so thanks for that. You’d think they’d take the opportunity to upgrade to V3

Photo also shows green EV bay marking in front and behind the currently mounted stalls suggesting the design has changed significantly since it went to planning.

Can take up to 2 weeks from switch on to end up on the app and in-car Nav. Turns out they’re not even illuminated so it’s a false alarm

Comment on Supercharger.Info app saying Trafford Centre superchargers are operational but being utilised for Model Y deliveries with a few cars plugged in. Doesn’t look like the supercharger lights are on from the poor photo. Anyone confirm?

Thanks. Says access denied when opening. FWIW you can also use PVoutput.org to do similar too and collate direct from inverters API (for solar)

Ideal for those with bike racks on tow bars too. A few sites in UK have this orientation. I’d imagine the bay markings will be re done.

Why do the headlights flash in sentry mode?

Feature to make others aware and hopefully deter a break-in etc. EM mentioned they were looking to have silent type mode where they wouldn’t flash a few year back but nothing came of it.

You’re right. I just couldn’t be bothered to explain and most have heard of Intu, and the link to other Supercharger sites. I’ve noticed Intu Metrocentre Green and Blue zones are bringing 46 additional charge points as part of their solar canopy project. Plans council’s site only show 14 (and not Tesla layout) but on-site PR mentions additional 46 EV bays coming. Current chargers on site are ran by Hubsta, via...

Agreed, but IIRC the orientation/layout of a few of the sockets in the tarmac are different to the rest implying a different charger type for a few bays. Maybe it’s my mind playing tricks. Will double check on next visit. Also worth noting that the full row of bays haven’t been worked on yet...
