Clean energy stop in Altavista, VA

I want to give a shout out to E&S Mart's Two Sisters Tap Room and Deli. The food I have had there has been very good, although service can be slow on some days (like on a Sunday afternoon). They also have a great selection of beer and cider you can purchase. After eating, I thanked them for...

Yikes!! Plastic/rubber (?) piece broke off of my charge port!

Has anyone heard of this or had it happen to you? We only discovered it because my husband’s S wouldn’t hook up to our charger properly. One of the hard pieces of rubber or plastic that surrounds the charging prongs on my car has broken off into our home charger. Since my car will still charge...

How much stuff have you fit into your X with all seats occupied?

The real start of our summer madness started today. In our seven seat 75D, I had FOUR sets of kids' golf clubs in the frunk as well as bathing suits for all five kids and a huge bag of goggles. In the rear in addition to my normal umbrellas, on the go charging equipment, emergency roadside...

That moment when you're first at the stoplight...

That moment when you're first at the stoplight all ready to race, and there's a tractor trailer beside you.

Really dislike driving an ICE now!!

My X is in the shop for repair after someone backed into me in a parking lot in July (thanks to Tesla's SC in Raleigh for confirming for the other lady's insurance company that my car was, indeed, parked at the time!). I picked up an Expedition yesterday, and I feel like I need to learn to...

Could use a different kind of cruise control

I'm curious if it is possible to create a cruise control that works not only on speed but also takes into account whether you need to conserve battery or not, like CC2 or something. The area I was driving in this past weekend is very hilly, which is never friendly to any cruise control. I...

So grateful for Peace of Mind from Tesla SC in Raleigh!!

Almost two weeks ago, someone backed into my car in a parking lot. I got her info. Her husband said he owns a body place and could likely buff out the scratch. I didn't agree to that but told him I would speak to my husband about it and get his opinion. Turns out that there is a small dent...

    Patriotic Teslas

Last weekend while getting some juice, I caught this pic of my X, a white S, and a blue S.

What have you named your car?

I named my X Baby, but my oldest daughter keeps changing it to Chicken Nugget... don't quite know where that came from. She thinks I won't notice if she changes the name on me. I call my husband's S Grey Ghost. He hasn't seen it yet, so we'll see if it stays. Just curious what others have...

    Resistance to Hydroplaning

We have been getting a lot of rain lately, and I have noticed that our X (seven seat configuration) does not hydroplane where my old extended Navigator used to. Have you all noticed the same? I wonder if it is due to the change in weight distribution. One more reason to love my X! <3
