Well, while we're making purely anecdotal observations ;), I've noticed that the existing inventory in most major markets this week, while getting frequently replenished, indexes very heavily on aero wheels. Very few inventory cars anywhere with 19" or 20" wheels. There could be no reasoning...

Nice - when did you receive your VIN? If the turnaround time on mine holds true to yours (which is not guaranteed by any means), it should get here just in time, but I'm not holding my breath.

Conversely, I think all of the photos make the blue look MUCH brighter and bolder than it is in reality. They make it look like BMW's Estoril Blue paint, but in reality it's much darker and doesn't pop at all imo.

Not sure where you are in TX, but I'm in ATX and just got 3.25% from Austin Telco FCU (60 months). With the Fed widely expected to lower interest rates tomorrow, there's a decent chance (I assume) that car loan rates will be positively impacted.

Considering there are 22 Model 3s in existing inventory within 25 miles of the Paramus zip code, it may be premature to glean much from what you saw, i.e. most of those appear to not have been sold already.

Yeah, I've never interpreted the 2 weeks as anything more than directional and agree they should add more caveats to it to avoid misinterpretation. That said, I was more optimistic than I would've been normally given the proximity of the end of the quarter, but it may not ultimately help.
