I was in a similar situation in March. I delayed my delivery. They reset my ordering date to get back in the line. I still see the credit for the ordering fees in my account. So, my take is that you would not forgo your ordering fees when you postpone your delivery.

I received an email about direct-delivery just now. Appointment is set for March 15th 12:01AM! The email said, I need to confirm if I can have access to the vehicle with in 12 hour window after delivery. I do not have a contract for electronic signature yet though!

I am exactly in the same situation.. I see VIN in source &MVPA since 3/10.. Waiting for official communication on delivery. Last update was on Monday (3/9) with a 2 - 3 week estimate. Since I can see the mileage listed in MVPA, I am guessing the car is built and ready to go!
