I am having the same issue in my Model 3. The radio eventually stops working until I reboot the car - then I'm good again for a while. I don't think it's an antenna issue since a reboot fixes it each time. Started happening after the last SW update.

I may have to try that battery swap. While the car doesn't come with a fob, I wouldn't be surprised if there is some kind of bidirectional communication between the fob and car that could relay the battery status - I *think* it's using a bluetooth link.

Just curious, who is your new insurance carrier? Might be useful so people know not to do business with them as they seem to have no interest in doing their job. This really should be a simple thing of calling your carrier and letting them handle this for you.

Creep mode moves the car forward like a torque converter, not backwards as far as I know. I was a little surprised a day or two ago to see the Model 3 in front of me roll back about an inch before going forward when the light turned green. I didn’t think Tesla’s did that.
