We stopped by today to check on the progress. The stalls are all complete but the Supercharger cabinets still need to be installed. I doubt they'll be ready by July 4th but should easily be done in Q3.

We only get notifications if an outage is over 5 minutes long.

I see the option in the app for our 2022 Model S that we took delivery of 6 months ago.

Do you have notifications enabled? We receive notifications when the grid is down and the Powerwalls are powering things. We get another notification when the grid comes back up.

Urban Superchargers are pretty rare around here. We'd have to drive nearly 200 miles to reach the closest one. They must not be that much cheaper than v3 Superchargers since Tesla really hasn't installed many of the urban Superchargers since v3 came out.

$499?!? That seems way overpriced. You could easily do something yourself for way less using a couple bicycle hooks or something similar. In my mom's garage, we used a couple zip ties and a Tesla charging cradle to hold the plug.

Have you checked to make sure the louvers are opening up when Supercharging? If the louvers don't open, then the car can't cool the battery properly so it reduces the maximum charge rate.

We've hit 187 kW on our March 2017 S100D at a v3 Supercharger. I think we've seen close to 150 kW on a v2. Those numbers were attained on long road trips in the summer, when the battery was taken down to 10% or so.

Confirmed! The 8 new v3 Superchargers are online. The 6 old v2 Superchargers are still online. Maybe they will be upgraded eventually. It's great to finally have v3 supercharging along this stretch of I-70!
