    Haha no worries my dude. I've beat around my car and it doesn't seem to have a count anywhere, so you can't meaninfully estimate that on board. Instead you'd just have to know that all your phone contacts sync'd, and then look at the count on your phone as you already did.

    Latest for MCU1. 2021.24.28. The service was related to songs skipping or not loading. All they did was a factory reset. 6 months ago they did the 64G eMMC recall install, but between that and the factory reset, I had all of my contacts.

    Continuing to get updates is immaterial if the updates don't contain anything substantial. You can see above that MCU2 equipped vehicles are being needlessly cut out of feature inclusion. Like it or not, they are calling non-refresh S/X "legacy". That's step one for EOL in product management.
