Hey - sorry haven't been on here in a while. The 255's are working out great, no issues and well over 2k miles on them now. :) Would recommend!

PM3 to Model S LR or Plaid?

Agreed, especially considering the already significant jumps in price over the past year. With the increased in mind, not feeling any immediate urgency to upgrade. I'll admit the number of MS vibration issues out there are concerning and I'm not typically one to worry. Great input, thanks...

PM3 to Model S LR or Plaid?

Thanks! Good insight. Appreciate it, thinking I'd be more than happy 90% of the time with the LR performance. This is great input, thank you. I too feel like the LR is probably the sweet spot. Bummer with this recent price increase, makes me want to hang on to my PM3 just a bit longer.

    Model S price increase 3/14/2022

Wow. Can't say I'm shocked but that's a big bump for Model S, especially considering all of the increases this year. Definitely lowers in my interest in trading into an S LR or Plaid with prices that keep climbing.

Considering 2022 Model S Long Range

Congratulations, and good choice! Best to get exactly what you want, especially when the price is so close.

    Good to know, thanks! :)

Considering 2022 Model S Long Range

Does the damage show on carfax? Have to consider impact on resale as well, but unless you can find the exact color/option in this 'demo' bucket, I'd personally rather spend the extra 5K and order exactly what I want without any resale issues with the history.

Hey you guys that upgraded from a MYP to a MS

Thanks for the heads up! I may start calling to my local dealer to see if there are any S's around to sit in and check out.

PM3 to Model S LR or Plaid?

Funny that's the exact quote I made to my buddies on Friday night about scratching an itch that might not ever go away on it's own, ha! Curious to hear your impressions when you get the Lucid, they look super nice. You're right the "base" S performance is still outrageous and would still be a...

    Continental ExtremeContact DWS06

I changed wheels to HRE FF11s in similar size to the stock Uber’s and they fit great. I change the cal to the Zero G wheels which gets it very close.

    Continental ExtremeContact DWS06

I just picked up a set of DWS06 Plus's in 255/35/20 for my P3M - about 250 miles in so far and they ride and handle very nicely!

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

+35 as recommended by HRE all around

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Got my new wheels/tires installed last night. HRE FF11s in Liquid silver 20x9 all around. Tires are 255/35/20 Continental DWS06 plus. Stock ride height. Really liking the ride quality and the looks. BTW the stock uber wheels/tires easily fit back in the car. :)

I'm part of a local DelVal Tesla club here, that might be my best bet. :)

An honest review of the yoke

Great real world feedback in this thread. I came super close to pulling the trigger on the plaid as well, but really want to test drive one first (long range would be fine) before doing so. The mixed feedback here on the controls validates my gut feeling!

Model 3 Tires, Tire Sizes, Types, make / model recommendations, tire discussions, etc

There are many on here are running the 255/35/20s without issue on a stock M3P, search through this thread and you will see examples and pictures. I'm going to order the same this week for my 20x9 +35 wheels, it's a great setup if you're looking to maximize sidewall and width. Biggest plus for...

    255/35 on Uberturbines?

Thanks! Seems there are a few out there running this setup without issue :)

Model 3 Tires, Tire Sizes, Types, make / model recommendations, tire discussions, etc

Thanks! Your setup does look great. I did find a few others running 255/35s on stock suspension and a 9" rim, I'll likely go that route.

    255/35 on Uberturbines?

Checking in here - anyone else running 255/35/20s on a 9" wheel (ubers or aftermarket with a similar offset) with stock springs?

[FS] NJ: Michelin A/S 3+ 255/35/20 for Model 3 Performance

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I've about to purchase my 20x9" square wheel setup to replace my ubers (+35 offset) I've also been tirelessly debating 245/35/20 or 255/35/20 - I was only hesitating on the larger tire because of the height difference (0.5" so this is minor) vs. stock and potential range hit. You're very right...

    Model 3 Performance Waiting Room

Thanks! I was actually debating blue or red and decided to go blue (hydro blue) with the new Jeep and red with the Tesla. Between the wife's white car and now red/blue cars on my end, we've got the whole 'Merica theme going on, lol. Now to find a suitable set of wheels - the Ubers are growing...

    Model 3 Performance Waiting Room

Picked up my red M3P today, so pumped. Delivery experience was super easy and painless. Most importantly, no visible flaws or issues all around. Really really impressed with the ride, handling, performance, and the audio system. More impressions to come, even have the wall charger set up already!

    Model 3 Performance Waiting Room

Ah, man. Thanks for the info though! LOVE those wheels though - I will be in touch when my M3 arrives. :)

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Any Red M3Ps out there with a 19" HRE FF11 setup? As of now looking like my #1 choice. Assume I'd be doing them with a MPP comfort coilover kit, 1-1.5" drop.

    Model 3 Performance Waiting Room

Great to see the deliveries rolling in recently! Ordered 5/23 here, got VIN this week, just added to insurance. Fingers crossed for a delivery in the next few weeks, currently showing 19th-25th. Red M3P, no FSD, Philly area.

    My Model 3 Performance vs SRT Challenger. I ran 11.39 @ 119mph!

Impressive runs! Would be great to see a 2020-21 model with 20+ lbs stripped off the wheel/tire combo. Has anyone run in the 10s yet with a mildly modded M3P?
