The 100 battery is a higher voltage than the 90. It's "only" about 10%, so maybe the components can handle the overvoltage. Either Jason modified the output (transformer or something) or he's running the risk of burning his BMC, controller, motors, etc.

You are correct... typo on my part. You would want to test the load of the TURNING signals, not the BRAKE signals. I guess it wouldn't make much sense to measure the brake lamp load since it isn't tripping the thermal contact. o_O
