Model Y Gemini Wheels on Model 3 Performance/Can it be done?

Looks awesome. Do you happen to know your alignment specs in these photos? Also, any rubbing or fender work needed?

    Seats in 2022s?

I don't have a pre-22 to compare to but they are comfy to me. Equally as comfy as the seats in my 21' "legacy" X.

"Audi is integrating Apple Music directly into the infotainment system of its select cars in North America"

I really hope this happens. I switched from Apple Music to Spotify just so that I can have it integrated into my cars. I prefer the curating of music in Spotify but I would prefer to switch back to Apple. I'm just waiting for native support, if that ever happens!

Pre-refresh S / X now officially known as “Legacy” in terms of software

Absolutely confusing, IMO. I am one of the few that owns a pre-refresh MX delivered in mid-December 2020 so it's just over a year old. Unfortunately, it's already a 'legacy' vehicle with limited software upgrades, I suppose. However, i'm thinking that mine being a '2021', it may help me...

Model X horsepower and 0-60 sec discussion

Right off the bat, the Suspension screen on the Raven differs today from what shows in this video. Not sure if there's anything else.

Has anyone with a Model S gotten Sentry Live View?

I haven't seen anyone with the pre-refresh MS or MX get this feature yet. Super disappointing. My 2021 pre-refresh MX LR+ has MCU2 and HW3.0 and still with 2021.40.6, no live sentry mode.

Model X New Rear Tires Need Replacement After Only 7,000 Miles

I'm keeping them. If you'd like, I can measure them for you. Just let me know what measurements you're looking for.

Model X New Rear Tires Need Replacement After Only 7,000 Miles

The biggest contributing factor to rear tire wear is excessive camber and toe. And depending on the ride height in which you drive your X in, tire wear increases. When Tesla aligns these cars, they only align them in Standard height. But if you have your suspensions setting default to Low...

Model X seemingly bricked—black screens all around, reboots don’t work

Thanks for sharing. Good to hear something positive. With the release of the most recent iOS app update, I'm going to hold off on updating until 2021.36.8 comes so I can get remove Sentry.

Model X seemingly bricked—black screens all around, reboots don’t work

Ugh...don't blame you. I've been on 2021.32.21 for about a month now with very little park assist errors. Homelink works great too. So, i'm hesitant to update. I had a notification for a couple of weeks now for 2021.36 and i've been putting it off. Last night, 2021.36.5.5 downloaded and i'm...

Model X seemingly bricked—black screens all around, reboots don’t work

What year are your X's? And how long have you been on 2021.36? I have a 2021 LR+ pre-refresh on 2021.32.21 and very rarely get the park assist error. I'm hesitant to install any updates now ever since my SD card went bad on me due to an update.

    Model X Road Trips

Just returned from a road trip from Corona, CA to Zion National Park (Springdale, UT). Used a Curt hitch rack to carry all of my suitcases and a cooler. My family of five riding on 22" Turbines averaged 363Wh/mi. I estimate that I had 120lbs on the hitch rack, had a Modern Spare sitting in...

    2021.32.21

Completely agree but didn't want to post anything about it because I don't want to jinx myself! Haven't put that many miles on it but seems pretty smooth so far. If it stays this smooth, I will not be installing any updates for a while unless it's a major feature or something.

    2021.32.21

Thanks. I ended up taking the plunge and installed it. I only drove it a short distance this morning while taking the kid to school. Based on my research, seems like the update is positive for the 2020/2021 MX models.

    2021.32.21

Anyone here with a 2020/2021 Model X with 2021.32.21 installed? If so, can you please provide feedback on the following? 1. Did it install OK on the first time? 2. Do you still get Park Assist warnings? 3. Does your Homelink work OK now? 4. Does your suspension still auto-lift erroneously? I'm...

    2020/2021 Model X and 2021.32.21 Update

Excellent, thanks. This is with 2021.32.21? If so, how long have you been on it? I'm still on 2021.24.5 and park assist errors are still there but not nearly as much as they used to be. And, my Homelink works great coming home but when i leave, it is unreliable.

    Wheel Alignment at local shop?

Installed my N2itive camber and toe arms and lowering links last weekend and getting it aligned tomorrow morning on Low at an alignment shop that specializes in custom performance-oriented alignments. They will align it to whatever specs I ask them to.

    FOMO

Looks like you have a 2020 MX LR+, based on your signature. If so, and you're still on 2021.4.18.2, consider yourself lucky. It's been nothing but issues with 2020/2021 MX's starting from 2021.12.x. Do not update to 2021.12.25.x, 2021.24.x, or 2021.32.x as they are filled with issues for...

    2021.32.x

My 2021 MX LR+ just downloaded 2021.32.10 but I'm not installing it quite yet. Just got my MX back from service about 1.5 weeks ago after it getting 2021.12.25.7 and having all sorts of issues ultimately bricking my car. It was towed to the SC and the SD card reformatted and 2021.24.4 pushed...

software update 2021.24.5 will not install

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back. 2021.12.25.7 messed everything up for me. Things got progressively worse and worse. I was on it for about 3 weeks and then suddenly I had a software update notification and the version that was being offered was the same version I already had...

    Modern Spare - Model X

Anyone in the SoCal area have a Modern Spare for a MX that they'd be open to 'renting' out? I have one on order but then thought about the idea of just borrowing someone's and then returning it after the trip.
