    Tesla PW2 installation Double-billing?

Anyone else had a referral award PW2 installed and then had Telsa send you a bill for that (and in my case more) afterwards? For clarification: 1) we had 3 x PW2s installed back in 2018, and paid for those and received an SGIP rebate from CA for them 2) I purchased from another forum member in...

Ambient panel temperature effect on production

Just noticed something very interesting on today's solar production that I thought I would share. As most here are aware, solar panels are most efficient when cool. There is a temperature coefficient rating for panels that determines how much production they lose with each degree C increase in...

Odd behavior - charging from solar, house from grid

Over the past hour, my powerwalls have done something I have not seen them do before. The Solar production (about 9kwh) is being fully diverted to the 3 x PW2s, and the house is being run from the grid. I was charging one of the cars, per my usual from solar and the excess going into...

    Powerwall - referral installation costs?

Anyone here had their referral powerwall(s) installed and can share their installation costs? I'm currently in a fight with Tesla over the following: - I purchased a referral prize from another member here and am working with Tesla to schedule installation - Because I already have 3...

    StormWatch - San Diego County

I'm travelling, so I'm relying on my app and a remote web interface for this data, but did anyone else have their powerwalls charge up from the grid at max consumption yesterday evening? I was logged in and looking at things and they were charging up as fast as they could pull from the grid...

    Firmware 1.37.1-Neurio-1.4.6

Woke up this AM to an upgrade on the system. Was on 1.37.1 yesterday, today version is listed as 1.37.1-Neurio-1.4.6. Anyone know what the "Neurio" description might be about? I don't see any obvious changes in the app, the back-end website, or functionality. Is this to enable the "deep data...

    2019 SGIP questions

I've been looking around, but haven't seen much info except that CA gov extended the SGIP program with additional funding. Has anyone seen any info on if: 1) There will be continued Residential incentives after the current Steps are depleted 2) If you have already participated in the past, you...

21" Silver Turbines - Good for spares or to be refinished

Take-offs after I bought a new refinished set with custom poweder coating. These would be good for spares, but buyers should note that there is curb rash on all of them, and two of them are bent. A very good wheel shop here in San Diego said that the two bent ones could likely be repaired, but...

WTB Set of 4 TPMS for 2013 Model S

Just put new wheels on my 2013 P85, but they were from a 2015 and TPMS sensors are the wrong ones. Need these, if anyone has a set of 4 new (or would not mind buying them for me from Tesla and shipping - Tesla won't sell me parts b/c of my "rebuilt" title): Tesla TPMS Model S, Roadster 6004985...
