It says they replaced it, but also that there was an electrical issue (low voltage). Yes, I got that sweet deal with a 4y used car warranty. But they also broke my console sliding door. I had to make a ranger appt for that.

Back from Service and glove box is operational again. I did have an MCU software update also.

I contacted my local service center via the app. The manager called me and said in their system it shows the correct warranty dates based on my purchase agreement. He didn't know why it displays the wrong dates in the app and account settings page.
