I had an appt there last week. Definitely open, definitely busy. I've never tried to just show up without an appt.
P.s. An Uber from here to the Eastern Shore in AL was $80. The Uber credit is $100/day that your car is in the shop.
It says they replaced it, but also that there was an electrical issue (low voltage).
Yes, I got that sweet deal with a 4y used car warranty.
But they also broke my console sliding door. I had to make a ranger appt for that.
My glove box stopped opening today. Just did the V11 update last week. Not sure if that's related, but nothing else has changed.
I'm going to make a list of stuff and make a SC appt.
What does that even mean? Yeah, I've charged in Slidell, Lafayette, and Baton Rouge. Never felt scared. Now the Mobile, AL charger in the empty mall parking lot, that one is a doozy.

I was there yesterday morning (10am). No guard, and was charged $3 for the pleasure of parking near BJCC.
Edit: Oh! And the sign says "parking validated by nearby vendors" but the only thing open was the coffee shop (in the hotel). The barista told me to ask the front desk clerk, who told me...
I contacted my local service center via the app. The manager called me and said in their system it shows the correct warranty dates based on my purchase agreement. He didn't know why it displays the wrong dates in the app and account settings page.
Since my earlier post on this thread, my WC has started having the 3 blinking red light/dropping amps issues. I called Tesla last week and after a quick diagnosis, they are sending me the new 24' Gen 3 charger! Which is awesome because I originally ordered a 24' Gen 2, but was delivered an 18'...

On my wife's suggestion, on checked the driver's door again last night. Working fine. Uhg.o_O
I'm keeping an eye on it up until the appt. We're supposed to go out of town this weekend, so I really don't want to have it start acting up on the road.
Charged here on the way to NO. In my P90 X it used about 20% from the charger to the hotel. No charging in the hotel lot, so I filled to 60% to be safe. Made it back to Slidell with plenty to spare.
There is a smoothie king across the parking lot that really hit the spot after a night of...
My X was leased in CA it's first few years of life before heading to me. Its also an early VIN, 523. I like to imagine it was some sports or movie star's bling ride.
