Not sure what you are doing wrong, but with my car it always works. Obviously the lane needs to be clear to change into. I have never had a failure to change - Yesterday used it about 5-7 times on the highway.

Control at my finger tips are 1000% better than having to mess around with another touch screen selection process. No need to fix what is not broken.

In my Volvo XC-60 with City Safety (Volvo Emergency Stopping system), If you even touch the brake slightly with your foot - the car DOES NOT engage city safety as it assumes you are in control. - This may be the same case with Tesla Self Stopping ??

Yep I just latched on to him with my Autopilot and my lane keeping was 100% :)

Had to drive my Wife's BMW Z4 today into the office, felt like I was wrestling with 1000 pound gorilla, love my Tesla's light steering and smooth driving. Sorry Z4 don't love you anymore......... even though you had pedal shifts. :(

Actually It works fine in my car - It does see the "drift" and corrects - That's the whole point of self - steering.

Put this in your Tesla Browser for today: Back to the future, in a Tesla Play around with "Time Circuits" and Arrow next to it for added function. I did not create this , but found it on Facebook. Pretty neat.

Used AutoPark today for first time - worked like a charm - My wife and Especially my mom loved it. Thanks Tesla !!

Good Analysis - I found very much the same. Love Autopilot in stop / start heavy traffic into the city. The new "toy car" display would be amazing with a heads-up display - Hopefully in a future version of the S ..... please :)

I really like the HOLD, now driving with creep off becomes useful, no rolls forward or back before car powers away. Reminds me of driving a stick-shift where we would always apply the handbrake, at all stops and release when driving away.
