    I had two or three issues that will need rectifying when I collected the car (paint blebs/scratches, panel clips not seated, wheel arch trim loose) so perhaps they were eager to make up for it by giving me the plates foc.

    It appears to depend on which delivery centre you go to. I collected from Birmingham yesterday and they made up a set of plates for me before I left, no charge. Perhaps try complaining that other customers are being given them foc?

    That is one option but it should also show a different option for 3 years or however long your agreement is. If you can’t find it in the page just give them a call and they will be happy to give you a price.

    Make sure you have someone’s referral code at the time of ordering. You and the person whose code it is will both get 1,000 free supercharger miles! You have to quote the referral code when you order, you can’t get it applied afterwards. Lots of people will be willing to give you theirs! :)

    Tesla told me when I phoned them a couple of weeks ago. Have also got the registration as of Friday, as well as the VIN. If you have been matched they should be able to tell you where your car is.

    Just had my vehicle registration confirmed by the lease company. No delivery appointment yet but Tesla still saying ‘early December’ (Lease co. say ‘by end of the year”). Tesla have confirmed I will receive a text ‘automatically’ by SMS. At least I can get the insurance sorted now. :)

    Despite them asking for pictures of it, mine didn’t go anywhere near the fuseboard, it comes directly from the meter which is on the outside wall, about 4 metres from where the Pod-Point is.

    I had to chase them a bit as they seem overloaded with work - people not returning calls etc. But I stuck with it, all installed and no problems. Very happy with end result, took just under 4 weeks from start to install.
