    The Tesla Owners Club of Australia put out an article in May 2016, in which they mention that the three phase sockets must have the neutral pin wired to house neutral for the connection to work properly.

    The big question is what format does the 200 kWh take? Can the X or S be retrofitted with this battery ? The battery could be the same that is in the THE SEMI. Interesting times ahead.

    This topic is discussed in the thread "Model X Launch in Oz". I dont think this is poor management, its a result of the close scrutiny Tesla is under, and public information about its intentions. Basically a production car has to be presented to the Australian authorities for the homologation...

    Newrybar is approx 5km north of Knockrow where the Macadamia Castle and Tesla chargers are. News reporters are hard pressed to report anything accurately these days.

    There is another "loophole" to consider. Your warranty is null and void if you use your car as a "stationary power source"

    We nearly have a " catch 22 " here. Homologation is the approval of a vehicle for registration. This means that an actual vehicle has to be presented for this process, possibly the one spotted at St Leonards ?
