They say it takes about a week to process the request, in my case it was 4 calendar days. In my case I called Tesla finance and left them a message, they called me the very next day to confirm they have the request in queue.

I was finally able to reset my password and see the expiration got moved to Jan 29th, which is a good surprise, based on their subscription page my guess is they are still not ready with the whole process. I am more than happy to get the additional free time

I would say get GAP insurance to protect yourself. In some cases your loan or lease has GAP insurance included check your paperwork as I know for sure Tesla leases have GAP insurance included

It is not a matter of revenue, they have been doing this for a few years now. Just makes it easier for them to update in bulk and I think they reconcile VIN numbers and delivery dates and doing it in Jan just gives them more time

I have the exact same dates and missed the offer by few hours. I got the exact same response from 510. Send tweets to Elon and Tesla, spam them. With many people asking and something may happen if it is our lucky day

You will definitely get it, just be patient back in 2020 when I took the delivery in December they applied the free supercharging in bulk around Jan 10,2021, just confirm with your SA what the latest process is.
