Did you figure out what caused the issue? I’m also curious as to how you reversed the mod. Did you just unplug the gen 4 ECU + bundleofwires, pop in the old ECU. Then reinstall software via service mode?

You can pick up at 12V battery monitor off amazon or princess auto for $40-60. Connect to your +/- terminals and it monitors the voltage, and relays via Bluetooth. Pretty handy.
