    New Windows Phone Tesla App

Fantastic stuff as usual! Very cool that the Windows Phone Tesla app is, by far, the best one available.

    Was getting worried!

    East Coast Supercharging network

There's a nearly complete Supercharger site in East Greenwich, RI. It's just off 95 at the shopping center at the 4/95 split, with 8 chargers next to the Walgreens. It wasn't on over Christmas...

Model S Technical / Mechanical Issues

I had this happen to me as well, and I watched the two-second replacement procedure. Nothing needed to be removed, save for the bits still snapped onto the axle inside.

    New Windows Phone Tesla App

castor has done a fantastic job with this new app. It's fast, complete, elegant - highly recommended. ahimberg has done a great job too, and has some additional features - it's nice to see some friendly competition in the WP Tesla App space!

Cricking from passenger side A pillar

I've got this as well, but the standard fix didn't work. I'm hoping the service bulletin will get updated with an improved fix...

    Charging for not Charging

Even better, the Tesla application can notify you in various ways. No need to use generic texting...

    pete8314's Key Fob Cover

Looks nice! I'd like two as well. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta

    Firmware 4.5

The speaker crackling (right channel issue with all "digital" sources) has definitely been fixed in 4.5.

Model S in New England winters?

Assuming the means, I can't think of any good reason not to get one. No regrets, second thoughts, and certainly no disappointments here! If anything, the car's been better than I hoped it would be.

    New Englanders -- check in!

I realized I haven't checked in on this thread yet! I'm Dave, and while I used to live in Boston (1985-1994, on Gainsborough Street), we moved out to the suburbs so we'd have enough room to get a big dog. Which we did...and now he rides around in the back of a Model S (when he's not running...

    Model S App - Blackberry Z10

In fact, I saw the Z10 yesterday and searched for the Tesla application using the search term Tesla - it was right there in a short list. Looked nice from the screen shots, but had to give back the (weird) phone so I didn't get to try it.

Audio crackling with slacker - sounds different from FM to Slacker

Same problem here. It seems to only happen with audio that's decoded onboard (streaming MP3/AAC), and not with "broadcast" audio (FM), as you've seen.

World Map of Model S Reservation Holders

Just added mine (P13,817, hopefully correctly), delivery expected mid-March.

    Model S creep

It's interesting - hill hold was one of those things I immediately noticed was missing during my test drive. It's rather surprising to switch from brake to accelerator and find the car is slipping back, given the lack of clutch (etc). BMW's hill-hold is excellent in this regard, and well...

NYT article: Stalled on the EV Highway

Well, except that the range indicator said he had enough "fuel" (in miles, actually) to make the run, in much bigger numbers, above...and it defaults to standard. Again - and I really don't want to over-push the point, since who the heck knows, really - I think this is ignorance, not malice. If...

NYT article: Stalled on the EV Highway

I guess we can't know, of course, what Tesla told the reporter. I've taken a test drive, though, in the Northeast, in the winter (in fact, just a week or two ago, right after the blizzard), and absolutely didn't get a full briefing about charging, cold weather, or anything similar. They went...

NYT article: Stalled on the EV Highway

I'm relatively new here (I've lurked for a long time, but registered very recently), so forgive my jumping in on a very "hot" thread. But it seems to me (and I know no one like this kind of response) that there are errors on both sides. To start with the part you're going to hate me for, I...

Windows Phone Tesla App - Please vote "me too" here if you are a WP user
