Not for everyone. It depends on your specific vehicle and location. My MYLR7 from Aug 22 Fremont still does not have it. All software fully updated. Per Tesla and as previously shared, there is apparently a government mandate that impacts certain vehicles in specific geographies.

It’s been in service 3 times already in less than 2 months if ownership for this issue. Lemon law in my state is 4 repairs within 2 years, so if they don’t fix it or refuse, I’ll be pursing buy back. I really just want it fixed, but we will see and I’m glad I opted out of arbitration.

Looks like there are others with a similar issue per this thread. It’s described as a cricket like noise and believed to be a bad bearing on the front drive unit, but Tesla is not yet willing to fix.
