Update: So it's been raining buckets here in SC. A big dump truck splash muddy water on the frunk. I was hoping that the hood sealing kit I got would stop it but nope. Check the pics. Now I know why it smells worst when it rains.

Damn it! I just installed mine. That sucks. Yeah, mine came with the smaller deflectors on my 21.

The rain deflector finally arrived from AliExpress. Plan to change out the filters and spray it again with KOOL-IT. I'll post updates to see if this thing helps.

I've had my cover since June and so far no rattling, fading or lifting on these covers.

Best way to do it is get chalk and rub it on the outside perimeter of you rim. Install the cover and take it off. Check the back of the cover. Place foam strips where you see chalk residue. Btw: I had to buy the foam from Rimetrix. It didn't come with the AliExpress Aero covers.

I have the covers and lovin it so far. Make sure you buy the rimtrix foam to protect your rim

It's an awesome alternative to the Tesla Aero covers!!!

Yup, our 21 Model 3 has the heat pump and it's got the funk.

This is what I see on my car too. It always smells bad after a heavy rain so I think the deflector would help eliminate this issue.

I made a deflector shield to hopefully keep water from going into the intake when it rains hard. Will update if it helps keeping the funk down.

Well, it rained hard today and guess what the funk is back. SMH!!

No clue how it's possible to remove all that gunk from the bottom of the condenser. I also have a steep driveway which doesn't help since the drain hole is located on the front not the bottom.

Yup, mold is back only after 17 days from replacement. Ughh!! This is on the bottom filter only. Top one was dry and not moldy.

Our 21 LFP delivered 9/4 currently has 3.5% battery degradation after 10 mos.

I've noticed that after a heavy rain, the old stinky sock smell is worst. I've already replaced the filters twice in 2 months and used 2 cans of KOOL-IT. It stays fresh for only a month and the nasty smell comes right back.

I'm hoping it did prevent contamination. I have to take to the SC but I want mobile service to check the level first and install the cap before I drive 2 hrs to the SC. It wasn't empty and never got the " Low Coolant" warning.

I hope so. There was another guy on Fb who took delivery of his 22 LR that had the same issue. He said mobile service checked the coolant level and said it was normal and installed the cap.

Definitely, I mean I would have never noticed it until I decided to install this screen for the HVAC Air intake.

I It's easy to find. Open your frunk and remove the panel on top of your windshield fluid reservoir. Then find the HVAC Air intake look under and the coolant reservoir should be visible. I discovered mine without a cap.

Good to know. I must be the unlucky one. I picked up a random coolant overflow cap at Advance as a temporary fix until mobile service installs the right one which won't be until May 12th. Ughh!

I actually didn't need to pull the entire frunk tub to see the reservoir without the cap. I only took the panel for the HVAC and took the HVAC Air intake cap off. I was installing this screen for the HVAC Air intake.

Is there a place online where I could purchase the coolant reservoir cap on my 21 SR+? Thanks!

FYI: For those who took delivery of your LFP SR+ back in September, please check and see if your battery coolant reservoir has a cap. I just noticed mine came from the factory without a cap yesterday . My current estimated miles at 100% is 246 miles. I'm not sure if this is related to my coolant...

Oh wow!! You are right. I just checked the sticker window and it stated 68%. So, I guess when they quickly made these Unicorn SR+ available on inventory, they didn't have the proper window sticker for it and just stuck the old.NCA window sticker on an LFP SR+. WOW!!!
