They are SUPER slow. I took my loan w/ Adelfi and will probably look to refi w/ Tower. Started both banks apps the same night. Loan was funded by adelfi and sent to Tesla before Tower got back to me saying expect decision in 5-7 business days.

Forgot about the state rebate. Was just just getting over the price drop and Fed tax credit. FUUUUUCK! LOL

We applied online. We were unsure about the donation timing. Was no direct number. Called main number, got connected to a loan officer, asked about the donation timing, got our answer.

We were told the opposite. Wife spoke to a loan officer. Go through the loan app process & if we accept the loan we would have to do the $35 donation to become a member.

Not that it matters for me, 12/31 delivery. But for the people in the queue before this price change will their price be automatically lowered or will Tesla be gifted a ton of deposits from cancelled orders?

Got the approval from Tower today. 3.49% for 72 months. Going to have to ask if they will give me that rate for a re-fi. 🤪

Update, Picked up our Austin build Y on New Year's Eve. Everything looked good except a tiny white spec on the hood. Now time to get some PPF, Ceramic & Floor Mats.

Tesla Norwell said will appear in account in January. I believe it was around the 6th.

Adelfi is 3.85% for 36-60 months, 4.25% for 61-72 months

For folks that used tower. Was it pretty much silence til they got back to you 4-5 days after submitting application? Adelfi was pretty much instant online approval at 4.25% at 72 months. Tower's best 72mo rate is .75% lower but I don't think we will be able to close w/ them by year's end if...

Dang! Week after order EDD Changed to last half of December. Was expecting to get into the new year for tax credit. Think the date will change another dozen times or should I start looking on delaying delivery when a VIN gets assigned?

@EVer Hopeful between not getting embraced by their target demo and competing with the CR-V killed it. I think there was and still is a decent market for it. I'd snap one up in a heartbeat if they reintroduced it. I think the platform it was on it could be made into a good low/mid cost EV...

I've never used winter tires. Only one spin out I remember in college (in an '88 olds cutlass ciera). Have had AWD vehicles & all season tires all of my adult life w/ no issues. Only reason I'd consider winter tires now is for my wife and kiddos.
