I have about 10% lost after 50000km (31250 miles) Like others said, the software was updated multiple times but I used to get a max charge of 435 km (271 miles) now I get between 386km-390 km (241-243 miles) on a max charge. I contacted TESLA every time a notice a sudden drop (about 10 km)...

Enthusiastic but realistic view of an electric car owner’s life in Québec, Canada.

I daily charged at 60% during summer time for my commute. During winter, I charged between 70 to 75% depending on how cold it would be. My goal was to make sure I would not go lower than 50% daily. I only range charged for long trips and never left the pack at 100% more than a few minutes...

Enthusiastic but realistic view of an electric car owner’s life in Québec, Canada.

That is probably the case, I gained about 1 km/hour of charge and when I left, the battery pack was cold. You need 220volt to warm up a cold battery pack or a very long ride. - - - Updated - - - Yes, I balanced several times with the same results. I was expecting some gain like other people...

Max charge: 407 km rated range, actual capable rated range: <380 km (@ 190 wh/km)

Thank you for the Clarification Kalud regarding the rated value of 178!

Max charge: 407 km rated range, actual capable rated range: <380 km (@ 190 wh/km)

Car says: max charge at 407km of rated range. (Meaning: 407km if consumption is 200 wh/km) At the end of the trip (without stopping): The car did 377 km with average energy of 190 wh/km with 4km left. If I understand this properly, my real actual max charge gives me less than 380km of rated...

For those owners unhappy with drop in maximum charged range

I am glad (not to be alone) but sad knowing they served me the same response. The following is my story: (With a 85kwh battery) Max charge rate drop from 266 miles down to 250 miles. I received my Model S in March 2013 (with now 15600 miles on the counter) I used to be able to charge at 266...
