Strage errors on start (grounding issue?)

It has happened twice for me during this time that I am unable to shift to any other gear while in D. I am as surprised as you that it actually is not always possible to shift, especially when creep is on. I must have tried a 100 ways of reboot, lock door hold/pres gear shift etc... nothing...

Strage errors on start (grounding issue?)

Okay I have the solution to this story now, it has taken some months to get this solved. First I got the errors whenever the car has been sitting for a while but they disappeared after some minutes, and eventually I got rid of the alarms all together. I still went to service and they did some...

Weird limit on 3 phase charger

I got a strange problem the last few days. My car is an 2013 Model s with dual charger and normally I can charge at 32A on commercial 3 phase and 16A at home on my own 3 phase. Some days ago it did limit the current to 5A per charger so I only get 10A in total from my 3 phase outlet. Worth...

    Preventive eMMC replacement on MCU1

Yeah I asked them to update to 4G at the same time, but Tesla said this update is a fixed cost package (500€+) even if the job cost would be lower as the MCU is opened anyway. So I skipped it for now.

    Preventive eMMC replacement on MCU1

Mine MCU1 is still ok but I decided to ask if Tesla-Finland can replace the emmc and daughterboard anyway since the car is 8 years old. They quoted me in total 416€, it seems to be no problem for them replacing the just the Tegra board. Included in this price is 70€ diagnostics which might be...
