    Which port did yiu use to connect to car? On driver side or unplugged autopilot behind glovebox? .103 is autopilot IP. If you connect via other port, you may be causing IP conflict.

    Europe. But after plugging in city charger, then home charger works without warnings and chargee port pulses green :) Tesla really likes restarting, connecting /disconnecting, retries and whatnot.
