    180 Turn Around! UPDATE! The regional service manager reached out to me. She completely turned this whole mess around. Got the parts, liaised with the repair shop, and got my car back on track. The service went from being miserable to world class. I now feel much better about ownership.

    Is waiting 2 months+ for P90D parts normal?

    So I spend $140k+ on a car. 4 days later it takes a minor hit to the front wheel causing $22k in damage. Fine. Mercury insurance handles the claim, the certified repair shop does their thing, Tesla is silent, the certified repair shop can't get the simple parts they need to complete the repair...
