I had the same problem with the right rear door opening on its own. I had Tesla fix it the last time I took the car for service. See attached service report.

Back in early 2013, Chilton quoted me around $14k for a full repaint or $8k for exterior surfaces only. You can probably get it done for cheaper but the paint quality may not be as good.

I saw a green Model S traveling west on A13 near Caen, Normandy (France). Sunday June 28, 5:30pm local time.

Clipper Creek has been around for some time. They used to provide charging stations for the Tesla Roadster. In my experience, their products are excellent and trouble-free. I installed their LCS-25 EV charger in our driveway over 3 years ago and it's been flawless.

Oy I think you meant to write “No Clue” but auto-correct messed it up… I rarely see Roadsters these days. I had one on order but I cancelled when Model S was announced. It would have been Electric Blue of course.

The one from Sweden is a wrap (Hexis metallic blue). The one from the Tesla web site is Photoshop (ie. not real). The other ones are pictures of the actual Deep Blue color.

It depends on the look you're going for. Classy (silver) or badass (gunmetal).

The MC Red is stunning. By far the best color offered by Tesla.

Charging at the new supercharger in Cabazon, CA on the way from the S.F. Bay Area to Indian Wells. I stopped in Gilroy, Harris Ranch and Tejon Ranch as well. In Tejon Ranch, avoid the "B" stalls. They seem to deliver only half the charging rate (170 vs 340 mph in my case).

My 2-yr-old classic Model S is still running 6.0. Not upgrading to the D. Still loving every minute of it.
