I have a similar issue, with the message "Failed fetching service appointment list" - the software is not robust enough to let you move to reading your new message from the service center when this error is hit. That is an easy software fix - how do we tell the company to make that change?
When I try to use Tesla app on my IOS 12 iphone, it tells me "Mobile Update Required" (the prior version of the app will no longer be supported after Aug 31, 2022) and I can't move pass that screen. But the App itself is for IOS 13 or higher and will not download to my phone - what to do??
