In theory the app works for communication. In reality I only seen to get 1 or 2 replies a day and usually 10+ Hours later.
I remember when buying my car I just wanted someone to talk to about what’s happening. I think sometimes supply side efficiency is viewed as more important than satisfied...
On the upgrade- have you noticed any thing being added to the menu screens or is it much the same?
Mainly think YouTube ,Netflix etc. seems the browser is worthless for me on an mcu1 right now.

The service person told me that they think upgrading from mcu1 to mcu2 might help. Since they didn’t offer to pay for it I declined.
