Where are you located? What you are referring to is a courtesy trade. That’s where Tesla gives you the value the other dealer offered and then wholesale it to them for that price. Most ICE dealers will do that for an extra fee. In Canada Tesla did that years ago for a $500 fee then increased it...

You could try Georgetown Toyota, ask for Gord. Also Peel Chysler sell a lot of EVs ask for Josh and Favorit Motors too

I am the President of the club. Many members have reported great work from them. I am getting them to do Stealth Xpel on my Model X when it arrives.

The wall outlet is probably not even keeping the battery warm. If there is no supercharger near you I would find a level 2 ASAP before you lose any more charge.

It is probably too cold. Is there a supercharger near you? If so I would head there and make sure you set the destination in your Nav so the car will condition itself for the charge.
