I mainly use the touch screen because of the yolk. I rarely use the scroll wheels. Maybe just to forward my songs on Spotify. I got the Aroham yolk on eBay.

I wouldn’t be able to tell you as I had the yoke installed before using the display. Although, I can tell you that having the yoke definitely allows me to use the touch screen interface much easier.
