Tesla Model X/Y Bike Hitch back in stock

I just bought one. Does anyone know what else I need to make this work? I found some video on YouTube where it looks like you need to use a screwdriver to remove a square piece of plastic where the connection for the Hitch would be. I have a set of Ubers with tires and sensors on them sitting in my garage. I got them for a good deal in advance of getting my Y. I'm getting my Y on Friday and was wondering whats the best way to get the wheels swapped. I have a neighborhood mechanic that could probably do it, but I doubt...
