First customer deliveries are not in 9 days, they will deliver 10 to a preselected group of friends and influencers. Customer deliveries won’t start until at least Q1 24, this has been their pattern for new vehicle launches.

I guess a lot of folks are a bit naive then, I didn't think his excitement would translate into reality. I always expected changes once they started engineering for production. We'll see how much it changed when the review embargo lifts on the 30th.

It will be for towing ... however, between battery supply constraints and years of preorders there is no reason to introduce a 500 mile trim right now ... as soon as another manufacturer starts successfully selling a mass produced truck with 500 miles of range, Tesla will answer in kind...
