I think you misunderstand something very important. The "agreements are public" refers to agreements already signed.

That does seem odd and strange? I'm no expert in U.S. labor law but it would seem in a collective bargaining agreement that BOTH sides have to agree to all the terms before signing on. I guess Swedish labor law is a bit different in that respect, again just guessing.

Interestingly enough Sweden was one of the few nations not to promote mass immunization during Covid and came out just fine. They chose not to go along with the herd. But with the IF Metall/Tesla imbroglio it's a go along with the herd type mentality.

IF Metall and other unions say Tesla needs to agree to collective bargaining agreements because it's for the greater good of Sweden.
