Separate names with a comma.
Damn that’s a lot of chargers.
What do those do?
For everyone else on this thread: until a transformer and meter are in place, there can be no updates. Tesla is blocked on the...
Still no transformer though? It’s just out of frame on the left in the last picture.
Anything is possible, perhaps someone reviewing the work and noticed a mistake, or they realized they want to configure things slightly...
V3 is not a minor change. I don’t understand why every thread about an upcoming SC is filled with people saying it will be V3. It won’t. Remember...
Agreed. But the transformer is there, so we’re certainly close.
Literally discussed on the previous page of this thread…
That’s an…interesting meter install.
Don’t forget the meter…
not even no transformer, not even the concrete pour for it…
If your battery is cold, or above say 60%, I wouldn’t expect anything higher.
it should be near there, yes, but it wouldn't be inside — the whole point is that someone from the power company should be able to read it!
Most likely on a lower level of the garage. Should be near the white boxy cabinets.
Is there any indication of the meter being installed? Until that’s there it doesn’t matter how ready it looks…
Plug share just pulls from Tesla directly. Tesla usually has a delay of a few days before it shows up in the car and on the website.
@BlueShift this is now open
You posted this on the Parsippany thread too where it was refuted.
Also there’s no such thing as Tesla “electricians”.
Lol you people complaining, yearly registration in CA is over $600…and personalized plates cost $80/year on top of that.
Correct. CHAdeMO Adapter explicitly states
The Model S/X CHAdeMO Adapter is not currently supported by Model 3
Adopting the Chademo protocol...
and only MS and MX. M3 apparently doesn't support CHademo at all.
doesn't seem that crazy to me.
transformer installed on 1/17
meter installed on 1/30
so…two weeks since meter has been installed? yes some sites...
wouldn't it be better to let these people do their jobs out in the field rather than manning the phones?
still not seeing any transformers there…
Hmm no those are the cabinets. Transformer is somewhere else I believe.
Given how much incompetence I’ve seen from Tesla I would be very surprised about intentional “secret” plans. Plus Elon loves to brag, remember SC v3?
@BlueShift to update the status to operational
Can’t see transformer or meter from the webcam though. @VinnyLuciani can your father take a ground level picture? Looks like transformer would be...
Plenty of installations have been discovered in the wild even though they were never reported on Tesla’s coming soon map.
Tag @BlueShift to update the page
Can someone get a picture of the transformer (big green thing) and meter? Without those in place this isn’t coming online anytime soon.
Early adopter crowd is gone
“Regular people” aren’t going to bother putting their info into some spreadsheet
After all idle fees will take care of overstaying Teslas
The way I read those signs it means ICE cars can park for the displayed time while Teslas can charge for however long it takes. The SCs with...
Though as far as washer fluid is concerned shouldn’t it already have antifreeze mixed in?
I don’t think (don’t quote me on this) that the battery heats itself on its own. I think you need to either have it be actively charging or...
Agreed. I once stayed at a “10 kW” charger that could barely output 6 kW. OTOH with Chargepoint I have never seen such issues — 6.6 kW chargers...
Turn off the heat and use the seat heater, your usage will drop into the low 300’s
Meter is conspicuously missing from those photos too, so this isn’t going online soon
Is transformer and meter in place? Don’t see it in this photo.
Do you not have access to a 110 volt outlet at the new place?
3LR generally means the long range RWD, which is why people were confused.
3D is usually used to denote dual motor aka AWD.
huh, i just thought it was being funny with using fake french, e.g. "I am le tired", le - Wiktionary
lol the NorCal-Concern email bounced. emailed springfield about an hour ago and it hasn't, so fingers crossed
Since I couldn't find this anywhere else on the forum, figured I'd post here. Long story short, when I took delivery in Springfield...
I see these too and it drives me nuts. No idea what it is and why they didn’t properly clean the windshield when prepping the car.
No I ordered later, but I did do a self-referral which my IDA balked at but the email I provided added with no issues. I would give it a try, you...
