That's why the file system is (mostly) mounted as read-only. So that prevents it from getting corrupted on power loss.
I had this issue. Mobile service just adjusted the wiper arm position so they wouldn't hit and make a clunk sound periodically. No issues since.

The NEMA L5-30P is 120V only. The RV's don't need 240V, so the two hots are connected to the single hot from the 120V plug. Tesla needs voltage...
